Each individual may hold only one (1) active c444 Account at any time. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual will be treated as a violation of these Terms. c444 employs technical systems — including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing — to detect and close duplicate Accounts. Bonus credits claimed across multiple Accounts will be void, and balances may be recovered.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444 Account login credentials, including your username and password. c444 staff will never request your full password by any communication channel.
4.2 You must notify c444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. c444 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to secure their login credentials adequately or failed to report unauthorised access promptly.

4.4 c444 implements one-time password (OTP) verification for logins from new devices as a security measure. Players should ensure their registered Pakistani mobile number remains active and accurate to receive OTP messages. The minimum deposit amount on c444 is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer. Deposits are credited to the PKR Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. c444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered c444 Account. c444 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15-30 minutes on average. Attempting to manipulate bonus systems — including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using Bonus Credits in a manner designed solely to extract cash value with minimal gaming activity, or exploiting bonus mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7.1 All games available on the c444 platform — including slot titles, live dealer games, and skill-based card games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players should familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money.
7.2 All random number generators (RNGs) used in c444's slot games and virtual table games are independently certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. 8.2 All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds fluctuate in real time — the odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is successfully processed and confirmed, not necessarily the odds displayed when you began the bet placement process.
8.3 In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is subject to the additional terms governing live markets, including the right of c444 to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in response to events in the course of play.
8.4 c444 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or integrity concerns relating to the relevant sporting event, as determined by reference to information from regulatory sporting bodies or law enforcement.
8.5 Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within individual market settings and may vary by sport, market type, and event significance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.1 c444 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms, is subject to fraud investigations, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, c444 may forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Credits, as a remedy for the breach. c444's decision in such circumstances will be final, subject only to formal dispute resolution under Section 16.
10.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting c444 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Remaining PKR Wallet balances — net of any pending wagering requirements — will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method.
10.4 Accounts that have been self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming Policy may not be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent Account termination.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or payment processing delays.
13.3 c444's total liability to any Player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit c444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.2 By registering a c444 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.
